We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We have a fair and honest return policy for any dis-satisfaction in some cases. We make our 100% effort to provide the highest quality handmade product of Nepal. But it is important to note that not all the products you purchase are returnable. You can find this information in product detail page. If you are not happy with any of your ordered items or is damaged, we have a 15 days return policy.
Make sure you follow the below points for any return of an item.
- The return request has to be made within 3 days of order delivery.
- Return shipping charges has to be handled by the customer. This fee is refunded if the error is from our side.
- The item has to be returned in its original state.
The above return policy do not cover the following type of order :
- Wholesale and custom item orders are final.
- High volume orders with wholesale discounts are also considered as wholesale order and are not applicable for return policy.
Refunds / Store Credit Policy :
10% re-stocking fee is deducted and partial amount is refunded once we inspect and confirm the returned product. The process will take 10-15 days. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed. If the item returned is not in its original condition, further additional fees are deducted depending on the product condition.
If you prefer to have a store credit, the amount can be used for your next order.
